Security : You agree not to attempt to undermine the security of the App, including but not limited to generating or using unauthorized license keys.
Compliance : You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Gotoz and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
Visitz, and by extension Gotoz, is not liable for any damages that may occur from the use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to data loss, security breaches, or other technical issues.
Visitz reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
